In music, a phaser is considered a device that alters a sound signal by phasing it, but in science fiction it's a deadly weapon that delivers a beam that can stun or annihilate! Either way, you can explore all phasing options with the Phasers FX Library. It contains 3 Presets each consisting of 3 Snapshots for a total number of 9 Snapshots! Every snapshot is a different single effect, just like having a dedicated effect pedal for a certain effect you like!
This is an FX Library, consisting of single effect blocks. It is meant to be used as a pool of effects that you can copy to your presets. Each preset has 3 snapshots consisting of one or more blocks. To make use of this FX Library, copy ALL active presets in the selected snapshot. EXP pedal assignments, if any, are ALL assigned to EXP1. Some effects might need to engage the EXP pedal as their min MIX value might be at 0%.
For demoing a selected preset, it is best to be connected to a PA console, audio interface or FRFR speaker as it has cab sim (IR) enabled. If you intend to use it with an amp and cabinet please disable the amp/cab block (or replace it with a FX Loop 1 block in order to use 4-cable-method).
This FX Library has been designed to work the same for the HX Stomp, Helix/Native and HX Effects. For the HX Stomp, the snapshot names will of course be missing and an EXP pedal is also suggested (only when needed). Due to lack of EXP pedal for the Native, either using the automation assignments for some effects is suggested or connecting an EXP pedal with MIDI (only when needed). HX Effects presets may slightly vary due to the different number of snapshots.
More specifically, the following snapshots/effects are included in this Phasers FX Library!
